| Privilege Night club has a long history and reaches back to a time when three brothers from the Basque region bought the Venue then known as club Rafael and converted it and changed the name to Club Ku after a nighterie they owned in San Sebastian. In 1987 Queen's Freddie Mercury dueted with the rival diva opera singer Montserrat Caballe within the arms of this club for a TV show which was broadcast around the world and not only was Freddie Mercury made more memorable but the club was firmly placed as a star performer of the Club Circuit. |
| Privilege is known as the largest club in the World housing up to 10,000 people, the ceiling reaches to 25 meters and provides the space for varying spectacular shows every night as well as housing a huge pool inside, above which the DJ is suspended. Entrance is made down a massive staircase to the largest dance floor in the world at the far end is a stage where boys and girls dance around in various stages of undress. Above this room is a large lattice dome which supports the Privilege sign, to the left is the multi level chill out area. Downstairs is a toilet complete with DJ Booth to the right is the Coco Loco, in the far corner is the Music Box and there a map on a sign out at the front. |
| Music is determined like most venues by the promoter on any given night this year Tiesto holds a weekly residency so expect a hi-energy combo of trance and house on Wednesday and Thursday, feature underground deep house and techno events. Friday showcases the outrageous and extravagant Supermartxe bandwagon. |
